[Remote] SAP Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TalentBurst is an Inc 5000 company seeking passionate individuals to assist in the design, development, and delivery of customized role-based blended-learning programs for clients implementing or upgrading to a new version of SAP. The role involves creating educational programs, conducting training needs assessments, and developing course content while maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and incorporate best practice delivery techniquesPlan, design, develop, organize, write, and edit instructor-led training content as well as storyboards for electronic learning modules (WBT, CBT, eLearning)Conduct training needs assessmentsDevelop course objectives and design plan based on assessment resultsInterview Subject Matter Experts and clients to collect necessary information to design and develop blended education solutionsConceptualize and develop evaluation measures including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and testsParticipate in content review, revision and sign-off cyclesConduct Train-The-Trainer sessions (possibility to expand into training delivery in subsequent phases of the project if desired)Provide application knowledge, methodology expertise and/or industry knowledgeBuild and maintain client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectationsStatus reporting, issue identification, problem solvingSkillsCandidates MUST have well rounded skills in multiple SAP areas.
