[Remote] SAP HCM Consultant (SuccessFactors EC & ECP)

IMR Soft LLC is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM solutions, ensuring seamless HR operations and payroll processing.ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors EC and ECP solutionsConfigure and maintain Employee Central, including organizational structures, workflows, and business rulesManage and support Employee Central Payroll (ECP) operations, including payroll processing, schemas, and integrationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirementsDesign and implement HR business processes aligned with best practicesPerform system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment supportTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to EC and ECPEnsure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with HR regulationsSupport data migration and integration activities between SAP and third-party systemsProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvementsSkills15+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactorsHands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)Strong experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration and supportGood understanding of HR processes such as payroll, time management, and employee lifecycleExperience in integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, middleware, or APIs)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentExperience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (EC ↔ ECP, third-party systems)Knowledge of on-prem SAP HCM and hybrid landscapesPrior experience in global payroll implementationsSAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC/ECP) are a plusCompany OverviewIMR Soft is a global IT services and healthcare solutions company, headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, with strong operations and delivery centers in India.
