[Remote] SAP GTS Systems Analyst

They are seeking a GTS Systems Analyst to support their Digital Technology GTS team, focusing on the current GTS environment and future S4 HANA transformation.ResponsibilitiesSupport for current SAP GTS v11 and participate in future GTS E4H solution design, blueprint, build, test, and sustainSupport GTS via the Scaled Agile Framework via a dedicated Agile Release TrainParticipate in detailed design sessions with business owners for backlog grooming and requirements refinementCollaborate with an integrated team of GTS and ECC technical and functional team members supporting the configuration and development of system capabilitiesSupport the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts, working alongside business owners and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolutionSupport successful migration of changes in the solution by providing hyper care and sustainment supportCollaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions leveraging GTS, enhancing our GTS processes in alignment with desired RTX model and industry best practicesProvide technical guidance & direction for enhancements related to Compliance and Customs Management processesCreate and implement management changes associated with business process redesignMaintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding change to the system and introduction of new and enhanced functionalityManage multiple priorities and drive through successful completionSkillsTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experienceExperience working with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management functionalityExperience working with Jurisdiction and Classification applicationsExperience working with Restricted Party Screening toolsExperience working with Exports and Imports for both Self-filing and Broker-filingBasic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing and reporting and related capabilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers, peers, and team membersAbility to work well in a virtual team environment with peers, business partners, and end usersSelf-directed and experienced with minimal management oversightKnowledge with OCR EASEKnowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework and planning work within an Agile Release TrainAbility to negotiate with the business and resolve internal and external conflictsExperience/knowledge working in the Aerospace & Defense industry is a plusBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife insuranceShort-term disabilityLong-term disability401(k) matchFlexible spending accountsFlexible work schedulesEmployee assistance programEmployee Scholar ProgramParental leavePaid time offHolidaysAnnual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreementCompany OverviewRTX operates as an aerospace and defense company as it solves the hardest problems in aerospace and defense.
