[Remote] SAP Financial Consultant

Infojini Inc is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to support the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and ongoing enhancement of SAP solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering SAP-based solutions, supporting system integrations, optimizing business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable business operations.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solutionsDesign, configure, test, and implement SAP enhancements, modifications, and system improvementsDevelop, execute, and document test plans, test scenarios, and test data with minimal supervisionSupport SAP application migrations, upgrades, maintenance activities, and production deploymentsConfigure and maintain integrations between SAP and third-party applications while ensuring overall system integrityCollaborate with business stakeholders to review, map, and optimize business processes within the SAP environmentDesign and support customized reporting solutions utilizing SAP tools and technical resourcesMonitor system performance and participate in performance tuning initiativesProvide Level 3 support for SAP applications and resolve complex system issuesCreate and maintain user documentation, training materials, and process guidesConduct end-user training on new functionality, enhancements, and system updatesParticipate in risk identification and mitigation activities related to SAP solutionsStay current with emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and successful project deliverySkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of SAP functional experience supporting business processes and SAP applicationsExperience with SAP module integration points and cross-functional business process integrationStrong business process analysis and requirements gathering skillsExperience with SAP configuration, testing, implementation, and production supportStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-makingExperience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholdersExperience supporting SAP upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projectsKnowledge of SAP reporting tools and custom reporting solutionsExperience working within a SAP Center of Excellence (COE) environmentFamiliarity with system integration, performance monitoring, and process optimization initiativesCompany OverviewInfojini Inc. delivers innovative IT Services and Solutions to empower startups, Fortune 500 companies, and global enterprises.
