The role involves designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions, ensuring financial consolidation accuracy, and collaborating with finance stakeholders to support finance transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions, including financial consolidation and related reportingLead conversion of the current SAP BW processes to S4 Hana Group Reporting moduleEnsure data integrity and accuracy during group consolidation processesProvide guidance and expertise on group reporting tasks for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesDrive functional design, configuration, and testing for S/4 HANA Finance processesCollaborate with Controllership and Finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specificationsPrepare functional specifications, oversee development, and perform unit and integration testingWork closely with technical and finance teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systemsProvide guidance on best practices for S/4 HANA Finance processes and ensure compliance with organizational standardsSupport data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during upgradeDeliver training and documentation for end-users and stakeholdersParticipate in cutover planning and go-live supportSkills5+ years' experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and SAP Financial Consolidation toolsExperience with at least one full cycle ECC to S4 Hana upgrade projectStrong understanding of financial consolidation, IC eliminations, equity pickup process, statutory reporting, and accounting principlesCommunicate effectively with team members, management, and product ownersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to direct and train other team associatesExceptional documentational skills with standard tools for data flows, like Visio, PowerPoint, etcBachelor's DegreeOther FI/CO knowledge - AP, AA, GL, PSComfort in working with business and technical partners alike, this role bridges that gapPreferred experience in a banking/finance context with knowledge of financial accounting conceptsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsCompany OverviewNTT DATA, Inc. is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
