[Remote] SAP Finance (FI/CO) Modules Consultant

The role involves designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions, collaborating with finance and project management teams, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems for effective project costing and financial tracking.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Project systems solutions, including WBS structures, networks, budgeting, and settlementCollaborate with finance and project management teams to define project accounting processes and cost tracking models and translate business needs into functional specificationsEnable integration of upstream systems to capture labor, material, and external costs into SAP Project SystemsDrive functional design, configuration, and testing for S/4 HANA Finance processesPrepare functional specifications, oversee development, and perform unit and integration testingWork closely with technical and finance teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systemsProvide guidance on best practices for S/4 HANA Finance processes and ensure compliance with organizational standardsSupport data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during upgradeDeliver training and documentation for end-users and stakeholdersParticipate in cutover planning and go-live supportSkills5+ years' experience with SAP S/4HANA Project Systems and deep knowledge of: Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, activities, milestonesProject planning, scheduling, and executionCost planning, budgeting, and availability controlSettlement processes (AUC, internal orders, assets)5+ years' experience in integrating upstream systems to capture project costsSAP S/4 HANA FI/CO functional knowledge and S/4 HANA upgrade experienceExperience with at least one full cycle ECC to S4 Hana upgrade projectCommunicate effectively with team members, management, and product ownersComfort in working with business and technical partners alike, this role bridges that gapExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently or as a member of a teamAbility to direct and train other team associatesExceptional documentational skills with standard tools for data flows, like Visio, PowerPoint, etcBachelor's DegreeExperience with specific upstream integrations, such as Ariba, Clarity and ConcurPreferred experience in a banking/finance context with knowledge of financial accounting conceptsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsBenefitsIncentive compensation based on individual and/or company performanceCompany benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offeredMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending or health savings accountLife, and AD&D insuranceShort-and long-term disability coveragePaid time offEmployee assistanceParticipation in a 401k program with company matchAdditional voluntary or legally required benefitsCompany OverviewNTT DATA, Inc. is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
