[Remote] Sap Finance Control Consultant

IMR Soft LLC is seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementations, Application Management Services (AMS), and support operations, ensuring efficient financial processes, system stability, and continuous improvement across SAP landscapes.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver full lifecycle implementations of SAP FICO modulesGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsConfigure and customize SAP FI and CO modules based on business needsSupport integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PPParticipate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live activitiesConfigure and support core FI components: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank AccountingConfigure and support CO components: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC), Profitability Analysis (COPA)Handle financial closing processes and reporting requirementsProvide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO modulesManage incident, problem, and change management processesEnsure system stability and adherence to SLAsIdentify and implement process improvements and optimizationsProvide L2/L3 production support for financial processesPerform root cause analysis and resolve issues efficientlySupport period-end and year-end closing activitiesMonitor system performance and resolve interface or data issuesCollaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT teamsConduct requirement workshops and solution discussionsProvide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessionsSkillsMinimum 13+ years of SAP FICO experienceProven experience in: End-to-end implementationsProven experience in AMS and support engagementsExperience working in remote/global delivery environmentsValid SAP Certification in one or more of the following: SAP FI, CO, SAP S/4HANA FinanceStrong hands-on experience in: SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting), SAP CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA)Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and controlling functionsExperience with integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)Strong understanding of SAP configuration and best practicesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong documentation and presentation skillsExperience in S/4HANA Finance preferredKnowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirementsFamiliarity with interfaces, IDocs, and data migration processesExperience with Central Finance or Group ReportingExposure to automation in finance processesKnowledge of Agile or hybrid methodologiesCompany OverviewIMR Soft is a global IT services and healthcare solutions company, headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, with strong operations and delivery centers in India.
