[Remote] SAP FICO Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SPADTEK SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO implementations and collaborate with business and technical teams to design and optimize financial processes in a cloud environment.ResponsibilitiesLead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO implementations, upgrades, and support engagementsGather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutionsConfigure and support core SAP FI modules including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Bank AccountingFinancial ClosingConfigure and support SAP CO modules including:Cost Center AccountingProfit Center AccountingInternal OrdersProduct CostingProfitability Analysis (COPA)Design and implement SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Public CloudPerform Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process mappingCollaborate with integration teams for SAP MM, SD, PP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other cloud solutionsSupport data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activitiesTroubleshoot production issues and provide functional supportCreate functional specifications and work with development teams on enhancementsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirementsSkills15+ years of SAP FICO consulting experienceHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementationsStrong expertise in SAP FI and CO configurationExperience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshopsKnowledge of SAP Activate methodologyExperience with integration points between FICO and MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modulesStrong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reportingExperience with SAP Fiori applications and embedded analyticsExcellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certificationExperience with Central Finance (CFIN)Knowledge of Group Reporting, Revenue Recognition, and Treasury processesExperience in multi-country/global SAP deploymentsPrior experience in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or finance industriesSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)SAP BTP exposureSAP Ariba integration experienceSAP SuccessFactors integration experiencePublic Cloud migration projectsCompany OverviewAt Spadtek, we believe sustainable growth happens when talent works in harmony with technology.
