The SAP Commissions Analyst plays a key role in configuring and optimizing SAP Commissions platforms, ensuring accurate incentive calculations and collaborating with various teams to drive automation and support compensation plans.ResponsibilitiesProvide plan configuration support, including the build of new compensation plansMonitor integrations and coordinate with the enterprise data team on new integrations and break-fixDefine specs and requirements to bring data into SAPProvide reporting and downstream integration support (e.g. payroll data exports)Partner with Compensation, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new and existing incentive plansConvert high-level plan designs into details functional specsEvaluate feasibility of plan designs within system and data constraintsIdentify opportunities to standardize or simplify plan structures for scalabilitySupport data mapping, validation, and integration design between source systems and SAPHelp enable automation by reducing manual data loads and dependenciesCollaborate with Enterprise Data Team to: Confirm required metrics exist in data warehouse, Define data source and transformation logic, Ensure data is structured appropriately for SAP Commissions ingestion, Participate in ongoing platform support, issue resolution and enhancement efforts, Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual processes, Contribute to system documentation, process flows, and knowledge base materials, Support governance, control and audit requirements related to the compensation systemSkillsBachelor's degree in information systems, Finance, Business, HR, or related field3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, HRIS, or compensation systems1-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (ICM) configuration and supportProven experience configuring SAP Commissions including: Compensation plan builds and enhancements, Rule configuration (e.g. credit, measurement, incentive and deposit rules), Data model setup (participants, positions, plans, and hierarchies)Ability to translate compensation plan designs into system logic and functional specsFamiliarity with reporting outputs, dashboards, and downstream integrationsExperience defining and supporting data integrations into SAP Commissions including: Collaboration with enterprise data and data warehouse teams, Ability to monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate break/fix resolutionBenefitsSupplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.Driven Brands offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.Get early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our myFlexPay program.Company OverviewDriven Brandsβ’, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is the largest automotive services company in North America, providing a range of consumer and commercial automotive needs, including paint, collision, glass, vehicle repair, oil change, maintenance and car wash.
