Remote - SAP Basis Senior Consultant/ L3Lead
Environment: Technical support for production and non-production environments in SAP Cloud ERP Private (Si4HANA, BW/4HANA, EWM, and ECC).
CoreResponsibiUties& Scope
Theselected consultants will be responsible for the end-to-end technical management of complex private cloud landscapes. Key tasks include:
β’ Continuous Administration:Handling troubleshooting, deep-dive investigations, and RootCauseAnalysis {RCA) for complex technical issues.
β’ Proactive Monitoring: Managing health, job, integration, performance, and data growth monitoring based on SAP best practices.
β’ Technical Housekeeping: Performing administrative tasks such as log data cleaning, security patch levelmaintenance {applying SAP SecurityNotes),and data growthmanagement {partitioning/archiving).
β’ Change & Release Management: Maintenance of transport landscapes and execution of standard and non-preapproved technical changes. CriticalRequirements & Performance Standards
Candidates must strictly meet the following criteria to be considered:
β’ Seniority: Aminimum - of hands-on SAP Basis monitoring and support experience.
β’ Mandatory Certification:A valid SAP Certificationin Basis Technology is non-negotiable.
β’ SLA Commitment:Resources must be prepared to meet stringent SLAs, includinga 20-minute reaction time and4-hour resolution time for Priority 1 {VeryHigh)incidents.
β’ TechnicalTools: Proficiency in SAP Focused RUN, Cloud ALM, ServiceNow (SNOW), SPC, and ESP is required.
β’ Soft Skills:Must act as technical mentors, possessing strongcommunication skills and theability to highlight technical risks promptly to SAP leadership. Expected Deliverables
β’ Contribution to Monthly Service Performance Reports.
β’ Weeklyhighlights of openitems and active issue tracking.
β’ Maintenance of Known Error Databases (KEOBs) and monitoring documentation.
