[Remote] SAP Activate Project Manager – SAP GROW

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Activate Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of SAP GROW implementation projects. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations while ensuring the adoption of SAP best practices.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP GROW implementation projects utilizing the SAP Activate methodologyManage all project phases including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and RunDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery milestonesFacilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and support business process alignment with SAP best practicesCoordinate functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management workstreamsMonitor project scope, budget, risks, issues, and dependenciesConduct project governance meetings, steering committee sessions, and executive status reviewsEnsure adherence to SAP implementation standards, quality controls, and delivery governanceManage client communications and serve as the primary point of contact for project deliveryDrive cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, deployment activities, and hypercare supportCollaborate with SAP, implementation partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful outcomesPromote Clean Core principles and cloud-first implementation strategiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field5+ years of SAP project management experienceProven experience managing SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP ERP implementation projectsHands-on experience applying SAP Activate methodologyExperience leading cloud ERP transformation projectsStrong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder managementExperience working with global and distributed teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsSAP Activate Project Manager Certification (Highly Preferred)SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation experiencePMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certificationExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)Experience managing multi-country or global deploymentsConsulting or System Integrator backgroundBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Flexible working conditions, with remote options available.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Company OverviewMaking Business Transformation Real KATBOTZ is a business consulting and tech-innovation firm empowering enterprise transformation through SAP and next-generation digital solutions.
