We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and govern enterprise Salesforce implementations across various clouds, driving technical strategy and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.ResponsibilitiesDefine Salesforce technical architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Industry Cloud implementationsLead solution design, technical review boards, and governance for major Salesforce initiativesEstablish standards for declarative versus programmatic implementation, including Flow, Apex, LWC, and integration patternsArchitect data models, sharing models, and large-data-volume strategies across complex orgsDesign integration architectures using MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Composite APIsLead org strategy decisions including single-org vs. multi-org, sandbox strategy, and DevOps pipelinesDefine security architecture including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and OAuth/SSO patternsDrive performance, scalability, and governor-limit management across complex Apex and LWC implementationsEstablish DevOps and release management practices using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABITPartner with business stakeholders to translate complex CRM requirements into pragmatic Salesforce solutionsMentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through code review, design review, pair programming, and structured knowledge sharing, helping the broader team grow in technical maturity and confidence over timeProduce high-quality architecture artifacts — context diagrams, sequence diagrams, decision records, and reference designs — that capture key technical decisions clearly enough to be understood months or years laterCoordinate with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure proper controlsStay current with Salesforce roadmap, Einstein/AI features, and platform innovationsSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldEight or more years of Salesforce experience, with significant time in architecture or technical leadership rolesDeep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and FlowStrong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing model, and platform limitsHands-on experience with complex Salesforce integrationsExperience designing security models at enterprise scaleExperience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps toolingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSalesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentialsTrack record of leading large Salesforce programs end-to-endSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credentialExperience with MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformFamiliarity with Industry Clouds such as Financial Services Cloud or Health CloudExposure to Einstein AI / Agentforce featuresExperience with multi-org consolidation or M&A integrationsBenefitsCompetitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits.Full-time, direct W2 with Bright Vision Technologies (no C2C, no 1099, no third-party)We will support H1B transfers for qualified candidates.Company OverviewBright Vision Technologies is an information technology company that offers software development, AI, and cybersecurity services.
