ā¢ Experience with Marketing Cloud (journeys, campaigns, automation, reporting)
ā¢ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, reporting, and integrations
ā¢ Ability to create solutions that balance business needs with platform scalability
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
ā¢ Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
ā¢ Salesforce Certified Sales/Financial Services Cloud Consultant
ā¢ Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (or strong working knowledge)
ā¢ Prior exposure to financial services, asset management, or capital markets preferred
ā¢ Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification a plus
