This role focuses on delivering scalable solutions and aligning technical strategy with business objectives within a large-scale customer engagement platform.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end technical architecture for order processing solutions within a multi-platform customer technology ecosystemTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs, including data architecture and integration frameworksDefine and oversee integrations between customer-facing platforms and external enterprise systems, such as finance, inventory, logistics, payment processing, tax, and fulfillment applicationsProvide technical leadership to development teams, promoting best practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainabilitySupport release planning, environment strategy, and deployment readiness throughout the project lifecycleSkillsProven experience leading the design and implementation of enterprise order processing solutions, including configuration, workflow automation, API integrations, and data architectureExperience integrating customer engagement platforms with large-scale back-office systemsStrong understanding of customer relationship management and service-oriented technology ecosystems; experience with digital commerce platforms is advantageousExperience with enterprise integration technologies and middleware solutionsDemonstrated success serving in a senior architecture or technical leadership role on complex enterprise transformation initiativesAdvanced platform or architecture certifications are a plusCompany OverviewProfessional Management Advisors Associates, Inc.
