[Remote] Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

They are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist to design, build, test, and optimize scalable, data-driven email campaigns, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure campaign accuracy and performance.ResponsibilitiesBuild responsive, cross-client email templates and campaigns using HTML and CSSQA and test campaigns to ensure rendering accuracy across devices and inbox providersMaintain reusable, modular components and scalable template systemsDevelop dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript and conditional logicBuild and manage Data ExtensionsSupport data validation, segmentation accuracy, and list hygiene processesExecute lifecycle campaigns in Journey Builder (welcome, abandonment, retention, win-back)Configure and deploy triggered and scheduled sendsTroubleshoot campaign logic, data issues, and journey performanceCollaborate to design and deploy A/B tests and optimization strategiesMonitor key campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue per send, etc.)Support deliverability best practices and issue resolutionTranslate marketing requirements into efficient, scalable technical buildsPartner with Marketing, Data Automation, and Business Intelligence to support roadmap prioritiesDocument processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience3–5 years of email development experience2+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and SFMC Certification(s) preferredStrong proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, and CSSExperience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Data ExtensionsFamiliarity with APIs or triggered send configurationsWorking knowledge of email deliverability best practicesExperience supporting B2B, B2C, or subscription lifecycle programsExperience in Animal Health or Pharmacy Benefit Management is a plusBenefitsAnnual bonus commensurate with the individual's experience and qualificationsEligibleMedical, dental, vision and voluntary benefit coveragesCompany Paid Life Insurance and disability coverage401(k) retirement plan with generous company contributionPaid time off that increases every yearTuition reimbursement opportunitiesStrong internal promotion and career development programsCompany OverviewWedgewood is the nation’s largest and most trusted provider of compounded veterinary medications.
