They are seeking a Salesforce Implementation Consultant who will configure and customize Salesforce solutions, collaborate with various teams, and ensure implementations meet customer needs.ResponsibilitiesConfigure Verifiable’s Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for customer implementations, including fields, page layouts, permissions, automation, reporting, dashboards, and implementation-specific configurationPartner with Implementation Managers to translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions, implementation tasks, and delivery plansServe as a trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycleBuild, update, and troubleshoot Salesforce automation, including Flow-based processes, validation rules, data updates, and configuration-driven business logicSupport data migration, data cleanup, and backfill activities using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, reports, exports, and structured import processesConfigure and validate Salesforce security models, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings, and object/field-level accessTroubleshoot technical issues during implementation, identify root causes, and clearly communicate resolution optionsCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define technical gaps, product issues, enhancement requests, or required development supportParticipate in QA, UAT support, and go-live readiness activities to ensure implementations are accurate, stable, and customer-readyCreate and maintain technical documentation, including configuration notes, solution designs, deployment notes, testing instructions, and customer-specific implementation detailsCommunicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers, Implementation Managers, Engineering, Product, and Customer SuccessApply Salesforce and Verifiable implementation best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with long-term customer successSkills3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for customersStrong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissionsExperience building and troubleshooting Salesforce FlowsUnderstanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field-level securityExperience with data migration, data repair, or data backfill activities using tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce reports, exports, and structured data importsAbility to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical implementation tasksStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially within Salesforce automation, data, permissions, and configurationAbility to identify when a request requires product, engineering, or development support and clearly specify the needed technical changesExperience delivering custom Salesforce configuration in environments that include a managed package, with an understanding of package constraints, extension patterns, upgrade impacts, and how to avoid breaking managed package functionalitySalesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on Salesforce experienceExperience working in healthcare, credentialing, provider data management, compliance, or regulated industriesExperience supporting integrations, APIs, middleware, or connected systemsExperience working with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce deployment tools, or similar project delivery systemsExperience creating solution design documentation or technical implementation plansFamiliarity with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce metadata, or deployment/change set processes is a plusExperience with AI to improve implementation efficiency, documentation quality, testing coverage, and technical problem-solvingBenefitsHealth/Vision/Dental plansUnlimited PTONew Apple equipmentStartup equity as part of your comp packageCompany OverviewVerifiable develops real-time credential verification platform intended to verify licenses, sanctions, and other important records.
