They are seeking a Salesforce & Fundraising Operations Associate to support and optimize their fundraising systems, reporting infrastructure, and data operations, ensuring reliable data and effective systems for donor engagement. The role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance data quality, develop reports, and improve operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the integrity, accuracy, and usability of fundraising data across Salesforce NPSP and related systemsCreate, maintain, and enhance Salesforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to support fundraising strategy and decision-makingDevelop complex Salesforce reports, including matrix reports, joined reports, cross-object reporting, formula fields, bucket fields, and custom viewsMonitor and improve data quality, including donation processing, imports, constituent records, revenue tracking, and soft creditsConduct data analysis and provide insights on fundraising performance, donor trends, and key metricsPrepare data, reports, and analyses for leadership presentations, planning discussions, and strategic decision-makingDesign and implement processes that improve fundraising teams' access to accurate constituent and donor informationIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across fundraising systemsServe as a trusted partner to Development & Communications, Finance, and IT stakeholders, providing responsive support and guidanceGather requirements, clarify objectives, and translate business needs into effective system, reporting, and process solutionsManage user access, permissions, and day-to-day Salesforce administration and troubleshootingDevelop and deliver user training, onboarding resources, and documentation that promote effective system use and adoptionLead CRM enhancements, system improvements, and process optimization initiatives from planning through implementationCoordinate project activities, testing, timelines, and stakeholder communications while managing multiple priorities across teamsEvaluate proposed changes and implement improvements that strengthen efficiency, data quality, reporting effectiveness, and user experience across global operationsSkillsMinimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data managementStrong experience gathering requirements, understanding stakeholder needs, and translating business objectives into effective CRM, reporting, and process solutionsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing stakeholder requests while exercising sound judgment, setting expectations, and communicating effectivelyExperience maintaining data quality, data integrity, and governance across interconnected systems, with an understanding of how changes in one system or process may impact othersExcellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify practical, scalable solutionsStrong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage projects, deadlines, and changing prioritiesExperience supporting end users through training, troubleshooting, and adoption of business systems and processesAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysisExperience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) strongly preferredSalesforce Administrator certificationExperience supporting fundraising, donor management, advancement, membership, or nonprofit operationsExperience working with integrated CRM, finance, reporting, or data platformsExperience working in a global organization across multiple countries, currencies, and reporting environmentsFamiliarity with SQL, data querying, Salesforce integrations, or ApexBenefits100% employer-paid premiums for your medical, dental, and vision coverage50% medical and 100% dental and vision premium coverage for eligible dependents22 days of PTO (+1 additional day accrued each year up to 27 days)12.5 paid holidaysEnrollment in a 401(k) plan with up to a 6% match$600/yr allowance for home officeCompany OverviewFocus on two areas where we believe we can have the greatest impact: literacy and gender equality in education.
