[Remote] Salesforce Enablement & Training Consultant (Contract)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thunder is a company focused on driving successful user adoption of Salesforce solutions, and they are seeking an Enablement Consultant to design and deliver training programs for clients. The role involves developing customized enablement and change management strategies to support users during the transition to new Salesforce tools and processes.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver end-user training programs specifically tailored for customers following the implementation of Salesforce, AWS, or other related systemsFacilitate virtual and/or live training sessions and readiness activities, providing hands-on coaching and support during and after training sessionsConduct needs analysis for each client to customize training content to their specific use-case and user profileDevelop engaging training materials, including user guides, tip sheets and quick reference guides, tutorials, and video content, to support the learning processLead Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts, including stakeholder alignment, Impact Analysis, readiness assessments, and change agent enablementMaintain clear communication and collaboration with internal Thunder teams and client business leads throughout the lifecycle of training developmentEvaluate training effectiveness through weekly touchpoints and feedback survey data; iterate and adapt approaches accordinglyDevelop and maintain a repository of training resources and documentation for ongoing client supportMaintain a deep understanding of Salesforce and AWS capabilities, features, and best practices, incorporating the latest into training modulesSkills5–7+ years of experience leading change management, enablement, or training workstreams within the Salesforce Partner ecosystemDeep familiarity with Salesforce multi-cloud implementations; experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ARM/Revenue Cloud, Data 360, and/or Marketing Cloud strongly preferredExperience training on Agentforce or other AI platforms (highly desirable)Experience with video editing tools, virtual meeting platforms, and curriculum development tools (preferably Google Suite, Camtasia, Articulate, Audiate, Canva, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Mural)Strong executive facilitation skills — comfortable leading workshops and interviews with C-suite and senior stakeholdersExperience with impact analysis, persona development, and activation and communication planningProven ability to create and deliver engaging training materials: eLearning modules, Leaders Notes, QRGs, Tipsheets, Playbooks, and Train the Trainer programsStrong storyboarding and content creation skills; experience with elearning authoring tools a plusProsci / ADKAR certification strongly preferredHistory of leading dynamic, digital-first enablement experiences using collaboration toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-facing, team-oriented delivery environmentRelevant Salesforce or AWS certifications preferredBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experienceBenefitsThis role is currently structured as a contract opportunity and not a full-time employee position.
