The role involves owning Salesforce development, REST API integration with ServiceNow, and onboarding configuration end-to-end.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and finalize REST API integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce using Apex calloutsReview and maintain API Swagger/OpenAPI documentationTroubleshoot API errors, failures, and outages through and post launchWrite and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and handlers for Flash use casesConfigure and update validation rules, field dependencies, and workflow logicImplement default value overrides and process automation as requiredBuild and configure onboarding Salesforce cases for Flash clientsAlign case structures with existing Prepaid Salesforce patterns and standardsUpdate Salesforce UI components (LWC or page layouts) based on design artifactsSupport API-driven data population and renderingConfigure selectable field values and hardcode fields where specifiedSkillsSalesforce development experience with strong, demonstrable Apex skills (triggers, classes, callouts) 4+ yearsHands-on experience building and consuming REST API integrations from SalesforceProven ability to operate as the sole technical resource — independently making design and implementation decisionsExperience with Salesforce case management, onboarding flows, and process automationComfortable working from design artifacts to implement UI changes (LWC experience a plus)Strong written communication — able to produce API and troubleshooting documentationPrior experience with ServiceNow–Salesforce integrations strongly preferredFamiliarity with Prepaid or financial services Salesforce implementations is an advantageCompany OverviewTo develop strong client relations based on shared goals & common objectives.
