[Remote] Salesforce CPQ Functional Consultant

They are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Functional Consultant to drive transformation across Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Cash processes, working closely with stakeholders to optimize revenue operations and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and Operations to gather and document requirementsLead workshops to understand current-state processes and define future-state business capabilitiesTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flowsAct as liaison between business users, architects, developers, QA, and implementation partnersAnalyze and design solutions for product catalog and product hierarchy, bundles, nested bundles, and product configurationDefine business rules for pricing, promotions, entitlements, and commercial structuresDrive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process optimizationWork closely with finance and operations teams to align quoting, contracting, invoicing, and revenue recognition processesCreate BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, backlog items, and acceptance criteriaParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planningLead UAT planning and execution with business usersDevelop training materials and support business adoptionSkills5+ years of Business Analyst experience in CRM / Revenue Transformation programs3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQSalesforce Revenue CloudSalesforce Sales CloudStrong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Revenue Operations (RevOps)Experience with Product catalog modelingPricing and discount frameworksSubscription managementContract lifecycle managementRenewal and amendment processesExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Billing systems such as: Oracle NetSuiteStrong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery modelsAbility to create process flows, functional documentation, and business casesCompany OverviewAt Hexaware, we're not just a global technology and business process services company; we're a community of 31,600+ Hexawarians dedicated to one singular purpose: creating smiles through the power of great people and technology.
