[Remote] Salesforce Consultant - Systems Implementation Advisory

The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for developing technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, leading client calls, and creating custom reports while ensuring client needs are met through innovative solution design.ResponsibilitiesAssist with building architecture (objects, fields, page layouts) and flow automation on the Salesforce platformAssist with building declarative components (Apps, Lightning Pages) in Salesforce LighteningHelp create on-record analytics (roll up fields, formula fields, record-level reports) in SalesforceConfigure Salesforce architecture, automation, and security settings across all Salesforce Clouds and connected appsInstall and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange such as email, social media, financial management, online payment, SMS, and form building applicationsInstall and configure proprietary applications or integrations as neededComprehend defined appropriate data model and resulting system architecture designed from business requirements for defined deliverablesDraft comprehensive technical documentation appropriate for other consultants, engineering, and clientsDocument written requirements from client discovery period, identifying items shared both in discovery workshops and via shared client artifactsDesign recommended solutions based on technical requirements, considering all solution options and determining the best approachDiscuss resulting data model considerations internally and with clients, confidently proposing determined recommendationsSkillsBachelor's degree is requiredSalesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) requiredFully proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data LoaderExperience implementing databases and building custom applications on the Salesforce platformExperience building simple decision models from complex logic requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint) with fluency in Excel and Google SheetsAbility to work in Eastern Standard Time hoursMinimum 1 year relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting experience preferredCertified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 211) preferredCompany OverviewBaker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, providing clients with a genuine coast-to-coast and global advantage in major regions of the U.S. It was founded in 1931, and is headquartered in Chicago, IL, US, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
