They are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to engage with customer stakeholders to define success criteria, lead requirements sessions, and develop innovative Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.ResponsibilitiesEngage customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteriaArticulate to customer stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approachLead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirementsSynthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentationPerform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirementsDevelop innovative Salesforce solutions, involving declarative configuration of Salesforce, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionalityDevelop innovative industry accelerators and contribute to thought leadership white paper developmentDraft custom development specifications and manage the delivery and testing of the functionality by Development ResourcesIterate Salesforce solutions through an adaptive-agile cycle with the customer Product OwnerDevelop a training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution’s end usersWork with the Project Manager to manage a project to scope, budget, and timeline expectationsSkillsBachelor's degreeA Minimum of FIVE (5) years of professional experienceMinimum of ONE (1) Current Salesforce Certifications (Admin, App Builder & Sales/Service/Community Clouds)US Citizenship is contractually required for this roleExperience with AI toolsSelected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environmentHands-on experience with declarative automation features of Salesforce, including Salesforce Lightning Flow BuilderExperience building applications with the low-code features of Salesforce Lightning ExperienceExperience with dynamic forms, advanced formulas, and validation rulesExperience with business process definition, process mapping, and reengineeringExperience writing Epics and user stories to capture Salesforce requirementsExperience with data migrations to and from SalesforceUnderstanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business modelsExcellent written and oral communication skillsGreat teamwork and collaboration skillsExperience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodologyExperience in 'Big 4' or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Salesforce Platinum partner is highly desiredExperience with public sector clients preferredDemonstrable experience in at least one of the Public Sector Solutions or Omnistudio ConsultingDegree in Business, Computer Science, or EngineeringMBA preferredCompany OverviewUnlock business growth, fast results, and measurable ROI with Decision Foundry’s integrated data analytics and Salesforce multi-cloud solutions.
