[Remote] Salesforce Business Analyst

The role involves gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, and managing complex business processes while serving as a liaison between business and IT.ResponsibilitiesWorks with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategiesGathers requirements from business units and translate raw requirements into user stories, develop/maintain end to end business processes flows and story mapsPrepare use case scenarios and wireframes for enhanced UXDemonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunitiesSupports one or more highly complex business processesWorks on multiple projects as a project team memberServes as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needsFacilitate alignment between Business, IT, and Executive leadershipManage competing priorities and drive consensus across merging organizationsCommunicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWork closely with Admins, Developers, Architects, and PMs to ensure requirements are implemented correctlySupport UAT planning, test case creation, and executionValidate that delivered functionality meets business needs and acceptance criteriaProvide training materials, documentation, and change management supportIntegrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with other tools and applications that include but not limited to : Backoffice Integrations, Looker for reporting, Eloqua/Marketo, Definitive apps, MDM, Outlook Integrations, Sales Territory management and MapsDeliverables includes Current-state documentation (process maps, system inventory, data model comparison),Future-state process designs, Requirements documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs),Data mapping & field rationalization matrix, Security model alignment
