[Remote] Salesforce Architect

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a strategic, hands-on Techno-Functional Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver a high-performing Salesforce ecosystem and managing the integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems.ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical lead & solution architect across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and custom appsDesign scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned to enterprise standardsLead integration architecture, code reviews, and development governancePartner with stakeholders to gather requirements, build prototypes, and deliver impactful CRM capabilitiesDrive ongoing Salesforce optimization—flows, Apex, LWCs, custom objects, triggers, and moreManage & mentor developers and admins across onshore and offshore teamsIntegrate Salesforce with enterprise systems (Marketing, Ops, IT, Data platforms)Support incident management, release cycles, and platform performance monitoringEnsure strong data governance, security, and compliance (SOX, GDPR)Stay current on Salesforce releases and provide strategic guidance on platform roadmapSkillsBachelor's in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent experience8+ years Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as Architect or Technical LeadDeep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, dev lifecycle, and best practicesExpertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and declarative toolsExperience with complex integrations (APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft)Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data visibilityCertifications: Application Architect or System Architect requiredAgile experience (Jira, Azure DevOps)Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsExperience with CPQ, Field Service, Experience CloudCompany OverviewTenth Revolution Group is the global leader in cloud talent solutions, uniquely equipped to deliver digital transformation through people.
