They are seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Junior Developer to support and enhance the Salesforce platform, contribute to code-based solutions, and manage structured deployment processes.ResponsibilitiesPerforming core Salesforce administration functions including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, queues, and assignment rulesBuilding and maintaining declarative solutions such as flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, and dynamic formsCreating and managing reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholdersSupporting Service Cloud features including case management, Omni-Channel, and messaging/chatMaintaining data integrity and system performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshootingDeveloping and maintaining basic Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components (LWC or Aura as needed)Assisting in building and maintaining API integrations between Salesforce and external systemsSupporting troubleshooting of code-based solutions and participating in root cause analysisPartnering with senior developers/architects on more complex technical solutionsDemonstrating familiarity with modern AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, prompt-based automation, and productivity tools) and the ability to effectively leverage them to improve development efficiency, troubleshooting, and solution designParticipating in structured release processes using tools such as VS Code or IntelliJ, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelinesManaging deployments across environments (sandboxes → UAT → production) using version control and deployment toolsFollowing Salesforce SDLC best practices including code reviews, testing, and change governanceMaintaining documentation for release processes, configurations, and technical implementationsCollaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutionsDocumenting technical and functional requirements clearlyProviding end-user support, training, and best practices guidanceIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system usabilityCommunicating project updates, risks, and dependencies effectivelySkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience2–5+ years of Salesforce experience in an Administrator or hybrid Admin/Developer roleSalesforce Administrator Certification required (Platform Developer is a plus)Strong experience with declarative tools: Flow, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboardsExperience with Service Cloud functionality (cases, queues, Omni-Channel preferred)Understanding of data modeling, object relationships, and security modelWorking knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (or Aura)Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrationsFamiliarity with debugging and troubleshooting code and integrationsHands-on experience with version control (GitLab preferred)Experience using VS Code or IntelliJ for Salesforce developmentUnderstanding of Salesforce deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and environment managementFamiliarity with Jira or similar ticketing systemsExperience with third-party tools such as DocuSign, TaskRay, or similarExposure to Experience Cloud (Communities)Knowledge of Einstein Bots or Enhanced MessagingBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offers including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingCompany OverviewCorpay provides online payment solutions.
