Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EBQ is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to provide training and ongoing support to clients using Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration and effective use of Salesforce to meet client needs while demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesGather client’s business requirements and transform these into technical requirements for Salesforce designLeverage Salesforce best practices to minimize the need for custom developmentWrite technical documentation for clients outlining standard operating proceduresAccurately execute training modules with EBQ customersAudit Salesforce and provide detailed plan to optimize configurationIdentify and communicate project risks and issues in a timely mannerEffectively migrate and implement Salesforce for new organizationsWork with EBQ’s customers to understand their unique business needs and then customize Salesforce to meet business requirementsDevelop relationships with clients and confidently demonstrate business process expertise when advising client executives and stakeholdersCreate and manage custom field and objects, flows, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrationsDevelop and create customized reports and dashboards based on client needsManipulate data and import into Salesforce using various ETL toolsKeep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality in order to provide recommendations for process improvements to EBQ’s clientsEffectively manage task within EBQ’s project management systemRetain and accurately apply the training and direction received from managementConsistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisorAdhere to company policies and valuesWork effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clientsPerform other duties as assignedSkillsHighly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skillsUnderstanding of Salesforce best practices and data architectureSalesforce Administrator Certification1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end-user or 6 months of experience as a Salesforce adminStrong customer service and organizational skillsUnderstanding of Agile and Scrum methodologiesWorking proficiency with Microsoft ExcelProcess-orientedHigh attention to detailOnline screen sharing tools such as RingCentral Meetings, WebEx, GoToMeeting, or Join.MeKnowledge of SQL or SOQLAdditional preferred Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or CPQ SpecialistBusiness analyst and/or sales experienceExperience working with both SMB and Enterprise organizationsExperience working with Non-Profit organizationsUnderstand or experience in release management and software development lifecycleCompany OverviewEBQ is an outsourced sales and marketing organization, providing services to software and technology companies.
