Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RMI is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead their Salesforce ecosystem in partnership with various teams. This role involves providing technical leadership for Salesforce and its integrations, driving CRM strategy, and ensuring the platforms support organizational goals effectively.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Salesforce ecosystem, including strategic roadmap planning aligned with organizational goals, serving the Development and Strategic Engagement team as a primary clientSupport portfolio level goals in line with internal client team norms and operational plans for relationship and pipeline managementServe as senior technical lead for Salesforce and associated platforms (Marketing Cloud, FormAssembly, Tableau, Revenue Grid, Dun & Bradstreet, GoFundMe Pro, etc.)Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver system enhancementsLead end-to-end project management for all Salesforce enhancements, including requirements gathering, prioritization, solution design, stakeholder alignment, testing, deployment, and post-launch adoptionLead governance and steering committee processes to guide platform evolutionDrive Salesforce adoption, data quality improvements, data enhancement, and business process optimizationDevelop documentation, business processes, best practices, and user training programsOversee platform maintenance, releases, storage management, and license optimizationEnsure system reliability, data integrity, and securityProvide advanced user support and troubleshoot complex technical issuesManage vendor relationships and contracts related to Salesforce and connected toolsOversee vendors doing project work in the ecosystemDesign and maintain internal CRM dashboards and reports to support fundraising, communications, programs, and operationsData hygiene of CRM: de-dupes of leads/contacts, data enhancement of key account/contact fieldsBuilding out API and SFTP integrations with Salesforce productsArchitect custom fields for seamless analytics and reporting end usesManage data feeds and integrations for business intelligence and data analysis projects, including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud APIsOwn Salesforce integration strategyOversee development of integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Salesforce APIs, Marketing Cloud Automation Studio, Azure resources, and custom codeServe as primary liaison to integration vendorsManage integration development resources (internal or external)Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutionsAct as the technical bridge between IT, Programs, Development, Communications, Finance, and People teams relating to processes touching our Salesforce and Marketing cloud systemsWork in close partnership with the Director of Development Operations on enhancements and troubleshooting in support of the Development and Strategic Engagement teamLead process-improvement workshops and drive measurable operational efficienciesGuide and mentor power users to expand effective platform utilizationManage new system implementations and enhancements across the organizationCollaborate with other members of the business systems team where necessarySkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of Salesforce administration experienceDemonstrated experience owning CRM strategy and driving user adoptionStrong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and reportingExperience designing and supporting enterprise system integrationsWorkday implementation and integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)Experience with building API calls to Salesforce and Marketing CloudProficiency with scripting/coding languages including Apex, and RExperience with Azure Blob or similar cloud storage technology, Cyberduck or similar SFTP tool, SOQL, MySQL or similar database technologiesProven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong analytical, documentation, and communication abilitiesExperience working with and managing vendors and contractorsSalesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certificationsSales Cloud Consultant or Platform App Builder certificationWorkday certificationsExperience in nonprofit or global
