[Remote] Sales Support Rep

They are seeking a Sales Support Representative responsible for generating new business and managing existing customer activities while handling administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle. Responsibilities Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued PO’s Follow-up on orders to ensure their successful delivery within customer expectations Lead open order management, insuring that open orders are delivered to the customer expediently and accurately Confirm that all invoicing activity is taking place in a timely and accurate manner Take a proactive role with problem resolution at the customer and supplier levels Learn about the programs available at our major vendor suppliers in order to source products via the most advantageous price to ePlus Assist customers with Returns issues, order inquiries, and any other requests for information Develop successful relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments Assist with quoting Offer add-on opportunities to our customers such as warranty uplifts, service agreements, accessories, or supplies Use proper decorum in all communications with customers both internal and external Projects and additional responsibilities as needed or assigned Skills Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years of sales or customer service experience Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole Excellent communication/phone skills is a must Ability to prioritize and multi task is a must Must be a team player with a positive attitude Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products is a must Benefits 401(k) eligibility Employee stock purchase program Various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave Company Overview ePlus is a customer-first, services-led, results-driven and trusted industry leader that helps organizations secure, modernize, optimize, and scale every aspect of their IT infrastructure.
