Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 1Finity, a subsidiary of Fujitsu, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of Optical Transport Solutions with telecommunications and cable companies. The role involves managing customer-specific programs, maintaining forecasts, and developing strong relationships with clients while executing detailed account plans.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Optical Transport Solutions and supporting services offerings with Tier 1, 2, and 3 telecommunications and cable companiesManage both strategic and tactical execution of customer specific programs and projects, while maintaining accurate and timely forecastsEstablish and foster customer and partner relationships at all levelsEffectively develop and execute a detailed account planClearly articulate the advantages of 1Finity’s solutionsSkills5+ years selling solutions (hardware, software, and services) to carriers and/or cable operators with a track record of successfully managing complex accounts with large quotasStrong background in optical transport with experience in professional services, software, and wireless infrastructureExtensive relationships with North American Tier I, II, and III carriers, MSO's, CIP's, etcMust have the ability to establish and expand critical relationships, interfacing directly with customer engineering, architecture, planning, and procurement organizations to develop creative solutions, driving revenue, and solving network and business problemsAble to maintain a high-level of customer satisfactionTrack record of aggressively hunting and quickly closing new opportunitiesPossess a deep understanding of multiple service provider architectures: IP, Ethernet, RF, RAN, and opticalSolutions Approach: Must have the ability to understand complex problems and develop creative solutions to help customers reach business objectivesCommunication Skills: Excellent listener.
