The Sales Specialist role focuses on offering innovative Life Insurance products, particularly LIVING BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE, while managing client relationships and conducting market research. Responsibilities Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and zero time on lead hunting Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed) Benefits Bonuses, are performance based and paid every month on the 15th Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the clients sale.
