Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Completing inbound sales for advertised products
Making outbound calls to previous buyers to identify potential customers
Presenting and selling select rare and unique collectible coins
Achieving sales targets and performance goals
Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding company trade secrets
Adhering to departmental contact strategies and company policies
Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities:
Achieve sales targets and performance goals
Ensure confidentiality and safeguard company trade secrets

Present and sell assigned collectible products
Maintain accurate customer contact information and order details
Comply with FTC regulations and company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of sales experience and/or Call Center experience preferred
Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Excellent relationship-building skills
Ability to handle customer objections
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic keyboarding skills
