Job Summary:
Following up with potential clients and scheduling appointments
Connecting with families via video chat or in-person meetings to understand their financial needs
Presenting and explaining our financial protection plans, including Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning
Completing electronic applications and follow-up paperwork
Reporting sales numbers to the home office and participating in ongoing training and development
Requirements:
State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (assistance provided)
High school diploma or equivalent
18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA
Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Previous sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Proficiency with smartphones, computers, and iPads
