The role allows agents to meet with clients who request information, with no cold calling involved, and offers a flexible schedule and competitive compensation based on performance.ResponsibilitiesTrain agents to meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of a death or disabilityProvide agents with exclusive, qualified direct mail leadsSupport agents in obtaining their state life insurance license if they are not currently licensedAssist agents in building rapport and connecting with clients over the phone/virtuallyEncourage agents to utilize the proven training system designed for successSkillsMust be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United StatesYou will need a state life insurance license. If you are not currently licensed, that is ok! We will assist you in getting set up for courses to prepare for your Life exam and obtain your license.
