They are seeking a Sales Representative to drive strategic sales growth in the Catalonia and Balearic Islands, focusing on developing relationships with customers and expanding the installed base and new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic sales growth by designing and implementing plans for sustained and profitable expansion of both the installed base and new business in your assigned territoryCultivate and maintain strategic commercial relationships with current and potential customers, developing customized value propositions to meet their needsConduct thorough market and prospect research, systematically identifying new opportunities and staying updated on industry trends and competitive dynamicsEnsure high customer satisfaction by effectively managing problem resolution and coordinating seamlessly with internal functions for comprehensive supportMaintain accurate sales pipeline information in SFDC and continuously enhance your knowledge of company products, solutions, and market developmentsSkillsProven experience in complex sales, new customer business development, and developing sales plans linked to financial targetsDemonstrated ability to coordinate with internal functions (Finance, Applications, Product Specialists, IT, Contracting, Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Service, Projects) for effective customer problem resolution and needsMultiple years (3+) of direct commercial sales experienceBachelor's degree in biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Physics, or a technical science-related fieldFluent in Catalan and/or Spanish, and English (good oral and written comprehension).
