Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and ethical mindset
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not required)
Must be eligible to obtain required state licensing (if not already licensed)

Background in sales, customer service, banking, or financial services
Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain
Experience working with clients in a consultative environment
