Remote Sales rep.

The Metzen Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group is looking for a life insurance sales representative to join our team as a fully remote sales representative. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers, but we are looking for those that are willing to go to work for their clients to ensure they are protected in the hardest of times. The ideal candidate is driven, compassionate, hard working, disciplined, & willing to grow and learn! We are looking for those with a long term, entreprenurial mindset that want to build something bigger than themselves! Responsibilities: • Prospect - Hit the phones! This position will require many dials as you build your business, but with our system, our CRM, and our ability to purchase GREAT leads, the sky is the limit & we strive to help new agents to run 10 appointments every week with clients! • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention, and help client's by identifying all their life & health insurance needs. • Meet and exceed targets - You are your own boss, but in order to be successful, you'll have to set your own personal activity goals, and results goals, and be extremely disciplined! • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment, in order to be as profitable and successful as you can, you'll have to track your activity and progress so you can receive the coaching you need to grow and improve for the clients you serve. • Potential to GROW - You have the ability to grow as an insurance consultant with vast amounts of resources and training at your fingertips. But you also have the ability to BUILD your own team, and eventually become your own Agency Owner. Your potential is endless with Symmetry, a proven system, ability to get incredible leads, and build your OWN business.
