They are seeking a Sales Recruiter to manage recruiting for their sales team, develop relationships with hiring managers, and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for recruiting across an assigned region for our sales team. Be a subject matter expert for your roles and marketDevelop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specificationsUtilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidatesScreen resumes and manage candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiationMeet or exceed recruiting KPIs including including time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hireHelp to maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designationsMust collaborate with other Talent team members and onboarding team to finalize offer processConsistently ensure that recruiting practices are in compliance with current legal standardsCollaborate with team on future hiring processes and best practicesOther duties as assignedSkillsAt least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industriesStrong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor and GrayscaleFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably GreenhouseExperience in developing recruitment strategyAdvanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods including boolean searchesProven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related fieldAbility to travel when requiredBenefitsCompetitive compensationMedical, Dental and Vision coverage for full-time employees.401(k) and company match.Generous paid time off (PTO) plus company paid holidays.Stocked break-room and full kitchen, chef prepared meals daily at HQ (breakfast and lunch).State of the art onsite gym (Corporate HQ) with instructor led-courses/Gym stipend for remote employees.Seasonal and year round wellness challenges.Company sponsored events (annual family gatherings, happy hours and more).Volunteering and local charity initiatives that help you nurture and grow the communities you call home.
