This role is critical to Brightway’s growth, focusing on high-volume recruiting, strategic sourcing, and building strong pipelines in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for Insurance Sales Producer openingsExecute high-volume sourcing strategies to consistently generate qualified talent, including passive candidatesConduct initial phone screens to assess sales aptitude, communication skills, and motivationBuild and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needsPartner with Agency Owners and internal stakeholders to refine hiring profiles and strategiesPost jobs, manage inbound applicants, and leverage multiple sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, social media)Maintain accurate, organized data within the ATS and recruiting dashboardsTrack and report key recruiting metrics (pipeline volume, time-to-fill, conversion rates)Deliver a strong candidate experience aligned with Brightway’s service-driven culturePromote the Brightway brand to prospective talentSkills3+ years of high-volume sales recruiting experience (insurance or similar industry preferred)Proven success sourcing candidates at scaleStrong proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and resume databasesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and meet aggressive timelinesExperience hiring licensed insurance professionals is a plusComfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentExperience recruiting insurance agents, sales reps, or other commission-based rolesKnowledge of state licensing requirements and insurance hiring nuancesExperience working with decentralized hiring models or agency ownersCompany OverviewBrightway Insurance has re-invented the way people shop for insurance.
