They are looking for a Sales Operations Systems Analyst to support and scale their go-to-market operations, focusing on CRM administration, user support, and data quality management.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary resource for day-to-day support of Salesforce and related go-to-market technologiesInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system, process, and data issues reported by business usersPartner with Business Systems and Development teams to document requirements, validate solutions, and support deploymentsExecute user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in validating system enhancements before releaseMonitor system adoption and identify opportunities to improve user experience and process adherenceSupport technology implementations, migrations, and operational rollouts across the go-to-market organizationServe as a primary point of contact for inbound sales operations and systems requestsManage and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional mannerPartner directly with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to understand business needs and recommend solutionsCommunicate system updates, process changes, and best practices to end usersDeliver occasional live trainings and create short enablement videos to support process adoptionMonitor CRM data quality and proactively identify data integrity issuesManage duplicate records, account ownership, territory assignments, and enrichment processesMaintain integrations with enrichment and data providers such as ZoomInfo and similar platformsIdentify trends and root causes of recurring data issues and recommend preventative solutionsSupport ongoing governance efforts to improve system accuracy, consistency, and scalabilityDocument business processes, system configurations, and operational proceduresCreate and maintain training materials, knowledge base articles, and process documentationIdentify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvementsAssist in designing scalable workflows that improve user experience and reduce manual effortSupport reporting and analysis related to territories, account assignments, capacity planning, pipeline hygiene, and operational performanceValidate data used in forecasting, territory planning, and executive reportingAssist in identifying trends, gaps, and operational risks through data analysisProvide actionable insights that support decision-making across the go-to-market organizationSkills2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, CRM Administration, or a related fieldExperience working within SalesforceStrong understanding of CRM data structures, reporting, and workflow managementExperience managing data quality, deduplication, enrichment, and user support processesUnderstanding of CRM data structures, sales processes, and go-to-market operationsExperience supporting business users, troubleshooting operational issues, and documenting requirementsExperience participating in system testing, UAT, or technology implementationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, Nooks, or similar GTM technologiesExperience with workflow automation tools such as ZapierExperience supporting territory management and account assignment processesExperience creating training content, documentation, or user enablement materialsFamiliarity with SaaS sales and revenue operations processesBenefitsCompetitive compensation package including stock optionsFlexible work scheduleComprehensive benefits including retirement plan matchOpportunity to make a real impact every dayWork with a dynamic and growing teamUnlimited PTOCompany OverviewManufacturing facilities face common challenges including stressed equipment, unplanned downtime, and strained personnel.
