The role involves collaborating across various teams to ensure accurate sales forecasts and support production planning for complex electrical equipment.ResponsibilitiesLead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and demand planning processes to drive forecast accuracy, business visibility, and revenue growthAnalyze sales performance, market trends, customer demand, and funnel health to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-makingDevelop executive-level reporting and dashboards while ensuring data integrity across CRM, ERP, and business intelligence systemsPartner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to align forecasts, capacity planning, business reviews, and product lifecycle initiativesDrive process standardization, CRM governance, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experienceOwn Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) administration, including performance metrics, territory and crediting logic, payout validation, and reporting transparencySkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar field5+ years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, demand planning, sales enablement, or strategic account management ideally in industrial, electrical, engineering, or mission‑critical infrastructure sectorsAdvanced skills with BI tools (Power BI, Snowflake), Excel, SAP, and Salesforce CRMExperience working with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering in a manufacturing or engineered‑to‑order environmentStrong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and Excel Power Pivot and Power QueryAbility to translate complex technical and operational information into clear, actionable insightsExcellent communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skillsExperience in a global or matrixed organization and/or supporting mission-critical industries (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.)Strong project management skills and ability to manage concurrent multiple initiativesFamiliarity with various customer go-to-market strategies, such as iRep, Distributor, Valus Added Reller, integrators, and direct/end-userStrong understanding of UPS systems, switchgear, PDUs, and power distribution equipmentFamiliarity with long‑lead‑time electrical components and supply chain constraints; process‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail, structure, and continuous improvementAbility to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authorityBenefitsChoice between two medical plan options: A PPO plan called the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) called the High Deductible Plan.Choice between two dental plan options: Core and Core PlusVision benefitCompany paid life insurance (2X base pay)Company paid AD&D (1X base pay)Voluntary life and AD&D – 100% employee paid up to maximumsShort Term Disability – up to 26 weeks – Company paidLong Term Disability – 60% of pay – Company paid.
