They are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to process requests for the Sales Field, manage workflows, and enhance relationships with sales teams.ResponsibilitiesCreate quotes, samples, pilots, and “free with orders” upon request from Sales Representatives via phone or emailConvert leads from national and local marketing efforts into contacts within SFDCTroubleshoot and resolve order issues (sales orders, samples, pilots, and free-with-order requests) as needed by Sales RepresentativesCollaborate with Sales and CSOM leadership to drive process improvements while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with Direct Sales teamsCommunicate information clearly, quickly, and accurately—both verbally and in writing—tailored to sales teams and customersManage high-volume workflows by producing multiple applications and proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to policies and proceduresSkillsBachelor's degree preferred, with experience and understanding of the industry and how educational products are sold and deliveredStrong customer service orientation with a proven ability to meet service level expectations in fast-paced environmentsHigh-speed, accurate data processing skills with strong attention to detail as well as exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using SFDC or similar tracking toolsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of an organizationKnowledge of internal systems such as Oracle, Product Data Hub, Enterprise Data Warehouse and Sales ForceBenefitsA full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.Company OverviewWe are a leading global education company that partners with millions of educators, learners and professionals around the world.
