The Sales & Operations Representative will be responsible for driving growth by closing deals with business owners and managing the onboarding and training of new partners, ensuring they are set up for success.ResponsibilitiesCall business owners and managers in auto repair, construction, warehouse logistics, landscaping, and other industriesPitch our partnership program and close agreements over the phoneFollow up consistently with warm leads until you get a yes or a noHit weekly deal targets and track all activity in a CRMLead 15–30 minute onboarding calls with newly signed partners via phone or video callWalk business owners and their workers through the HighFive app setup and head strap camera positioningTrain workers on proper recording technique, battery management, and data quality standardsEnsure every new partner is fully set up and confident before their first recording dayFollow up with partners post-onboarding to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality footageMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and Google Docs for all partners and leadsCollaborate with the team to hand off closed accounts smoothlyTrack partner performance and flag any issues with footage quality or equipmentIdentify new lead sources and industries to expand the pipelineSkillsBilingual in English and Spanish is required β€” you must pitch, close, and onboard in both languagesSales training or prior sales experience is required β€” tell us about it in your applicationExperience conducting onboarding or training calls β€” you must be comfortable leading structured calls with business owners and their staffStrong CRM experience β€” you will be logging every call, deal, and follow-up; sloppy CRM use is a dealbreakerProficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive β€” we run our operations on Google Workspace and you must be comfortable working in it dailyTech-savvy and comfortable with mobile apps β€” you'll be teaching partners how to use our iPhone app and troubleshooting basic issuesProven ability to handle objections and close deals on the phoneConfident, persuasive communicator who can build rapport fastSelf-motivated and disciplined β€” you manage your own time and hit your numbersHungry, hardworking, and competitive by natureDetail-oriented with strong follow-through β€” nothing falls through the cracksThick-skinned and resilient β€” rejection doesn't slow you down, it fires you upBenefitsPerformance bonuses for hitting and exceeding targetsFull-time, 40 hours/weekReal opportunity to grow into a sales manager, operations lead, or director role as we scale β€” we promote from withinCompany OverviewHigh Five Tasks is a content and data collection platform that pays everyday people to record and share real-world tasks as they work.
