The role involves managing Microsoft funding programs, ensuring compliance, and driving revenue operations while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage Microsoft funding programs, including Enterprise Customer Investment Funds (ECIF), from nomination through claims and reconciliationLead Partner Center and funding portal activities, ensuring accurate submissions and tracking funding statusTrack funding milestones and ensure claims are submitted accurately, completely, and on timeMaintain documentation to support audit readiness and compliance with Microsoft program requirementsServe as a key liaison between Microsoft stakeholders and internal Sales, Delivery, and Finance teamsSupport software and services revenue operations, including tracking Statements of Work (SOWs) and license-related activitiesPartner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue tracking, reporting, and alignment with accounting standardsProactively manage client renewals, ensuring continuity of software, licensing, and maintenance agreementsMaintain visibility into renewal pipelines and flag at-risk opportunitiesDevelop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and operational processes tied to funding and revenue activitiesDrive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of funded programs and client engagementsSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue accounting, or partner funding/program managementWorking knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial operationsStrong Excel skills and experience managing reconciliations or financial trackingHigh attention to detail and ability to manage compliance and audit-related processesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Microsoft partner programs, ECIF, or Partner CenterFamiliarity with ERP or CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, OneCRM, or similar toolsExperience in a professional services or Microsoft partner environmentBenefitsCompetitive payGenerous paid time offMedical, dental and vision coverageFlexible spending accountsA health reimbursement accountA 401(k) plan with company matchCompany OverviewHSO provides digital transformation services by designing and managing enterprise-scale Microsoft cloud and AI-based platforms.
