[Remote] Sales Operations Manager

They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to enhance sales processes, manage performance reporting, and ensure data accuracy, while partnering with sales leadership to drive strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesMap out how deals get done today, find what’s slowing the team down, and fix itCreate clear, repeatable processes so the team isn’t reinventing the wheel every quarterPartner with sales leadership to make sure new processes actually get adopted and stickRun the weekly and monthly rhythm of pipeline reviews and forecasting so leadership always has a clear picture of where we standBuild dashboards and reports that show how accounts and reps are performing against targetsSpot trends in the data early — opportunities the team should go after, or risks that need attentionHelp decide which reps own which accounts and markets, making sure the workload is balanced and the right people are focused on the right opportunitiesSupport the design and maintenance of sales compensation plans that motivate the team and reward the right behaviorsOwn the health of our Salesforce CRM — making sure account ownership, record types, and data are clean and up to dateWork with our data team to make sure what’s in our reporting systems actually reflects what’s happening in the businessBe the go-to person when something looks off in our tools or data — find it, flag it, and fix itTake on special initiatives — from new market analysis to building a business case for a strategic change — and see them through from idea to impactHelp with planning cycles like goal-setting and headcount modelingConnect the dots between sales, finance, data, and product teams so everyone is working from the same playbookSkills3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role where you owned real processes and outcomes — not just supported themStrong working knowledge of Salesforce — you know how to build reports, manage records, and set up workflows without needing a lot of hand-holdingYou're comfortable with data and can tell a clear story from a spreadsheet or dashboard — experience with tools like Looker or Snowflake is a plusGreat communicator who can work across teams and explain complex things simply — to a sales rep or to a VPYou don't wait to be told what to do — you spot the problem, figure out the solution, and get it doneComfortable in a fast-moving company where priorities shift and the job description doesn't cover everything you'll end up doingExperience writing SQL or working hands-on with data visualization toolsYou've led cross-functional projects end to end and have the scars to prove itYou've worked at a startup or fast-growing company beforeBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related fieldBenefitsEquityVariable pay (OTE)Opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equityHybrid-hub modelWhether you are in one of our amazing offices or fully remote, we’ll make sure you have what you need to succeedCompany OverviewHotel Engine is now Engine.
