[Remote] Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager will design and enhance the commercial operating framework to support the sales organization in executing effectively and driving revenue growth, while also managing a high-performance team and collaborating with cross-functional leadership.ResponsibilitiesDesign, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end commercial operating modelOversee and direct quote and order form preparation for new business and annual renewalsSupport pricing, discounting, and deal governance frameworks including approval workflows and commercial standards to balance market competitiveness with profitability and complianceLead and own the CenTrak System Maintenance agreement (SMA) program (including annual renewal strategy, pricing and margin oversight)Forecast, analysis and manage pipeline and revenue performance partnering with Sales and Finance to provide risk visibility and support forecastingLead and manage the Sales Operations TeamAdvise and partner with cross-functional leadership (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Services, Marketing and IT) in translating business strategy into operational frameworksOwn and administer sales systems and data governance serving as the product owner for Salesforce and related commercial technologiesConduct ad hoc executive analysis, audit and compliance support, documentation, enablement and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall commercial effectivenessBuild an inclusive culture where employees thrive, and organizational goals are achievedLeads and manages a high-performance team through effective communication, empowerment, reward and coaching techniquesImplements organization-wide annual planning, goal setting, and performance managementProvides day-to-day leadership that is in alignment with and promotes TeleTracking valuesHires, trains, and develops staff in accordance with company policies, practices, and proceduresConducts regular meetings with assigned employees to assess goals, objectives, task performance and identify developmental opportunitiesFosters a success-oriented, accountable, and ethical environmentBuilds strong internal, external, and cross-functional relationshipsSkillsBachelors in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of work and experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience administering sales operations and CRMHands-on experience administering CRM and Sales technologies (e.g. Salesforce and related quoting, reporting, and integration tools) with accountability for data accuracy, process governance, and alignment between sales, finance, contracts and billing systemsDemonstrated experience supporting executive leadershipFamiliarity with enterprise health system purchasing structures and multi-stakeholder buying committees (clinical, IT, finance, operations)Experience managing sales processes with long enterprise sales cycles (9-18 month typical in healthcare)Exposure to healthcare contracting dynamics such as multi-year agreements, pilots, and enterprise rolloutsHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (with advanced Excel skills including the ability to produce charts, graphs, and pivot tables)CRM Maintenance and Administration Experience (Salesforce Preferred)Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the futureProgressive experience in sales and commercial operations within a B2B technology or enterprise solutions environment preferredBenefitsMedical/dental/vision plans 100% paid for employees and family members without coverage, which start from day one!Life and AD&DFlexible Spending Accounts: Medical, Dependent Care, and Transportation401 (k) Retirement SavingsTuition ReimbursementMilitary Paid Leave (up to 6 months of base salary while on military leave)Paid Time OffPaid parental leaveCompany OverviewTeleTracking Passionate About Optimizing Hospital Operations & PatientFlow.
