The Sales Operations Lead will optimize revenue performance by collaborating with various teams, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing scalable processes to enhance commercial operations.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to improve commercial performance across the customer lifecycleIdentify revenue opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and process improvements that drive growth and efficiencyDesign and implement scalable workflows, playbooks, and operating processes to support our partner-led businessOwn forecasting, pipeline analysis, and key SaaS metrics, providing actionable insights to commercial leadershipDeliver reporting and business reviews on funnel performance, sales productivity, marketing ROI, retention, and revenue growthConduct strategic analyses to support pricing, packaging, partner performance, segmentation, and new market opportunitiesMaintain high-quality commercial data and help evolve our reporting, analytics, and technology stackDevelop and optimize compensation plans, quotas, territories, and commission processesSupport the execution and optimization of our partner programs, incentives, and commercial operationsPartner with Customer Success to improve retention and reduce churnIdentify, test, and scale AI solutions across sales and marketing workflows, measuring business impact and adoptionDrive the adoption of Wildix AI products and capabilities as a core part of our commercial operating modelSkills4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similarly analytical business functionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience working with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similarExperience working with commercial KPIs and SaaS metrics, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and LTV/CACDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teamsExperience driving cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements in fast-paced environmentsStrong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomesExcellent written and spoken EnglishExperience in a channel-led, partner-led, or indirect go-to-market modelExperience designing sales compensation plans, territories, quotas, or incentive programsExperience working with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systemsExperience evaluating or implementing AI tools within sales, marketing, or revenue operations functionsAdditional European languages such as Italian, French, German, or SpanishBenefitsVariable commissions schemeGenerous Time Off – Take the breaks you need to relax, recharge, and come back inspired.Top-Tier Tech – Love Mac?
