The Sales Operations & Growth Enablement Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Strategic Growth Department, responsible for driving accountability, CRM ownership, reporting, performance analytics, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary owner and administrator of the Growth Department CRMManage all CRM configuration, user setup, permissions, workflows, automations, and system enhancementsMonitor CRM adoption, compliance, and data integrity across the departmentDevelop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into team activity and performanceConduct regular CRM audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of dataIdentify opportunities to improve CRM processes and automationCreate and maintain CRM training materials, SOPs, and best practicesTrain, onboard, and support all users on CRM functionality and processesPartner with leadership to evolve the CRM as the department grows and expands into new marketsServe as the liaison between Growth leadership and any internal or external CRM vendors or technology partnersProduce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reportsTrack and analyze key recruiting and growth metrics including: identify trends, opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for improvementProvide actionable insights and coaching recommendations based on performance dataBuild scorecards, dashboards, and forecasting tools for leadership and team membersMaintain department KPI tracking and forecasting modelsCreate PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for: Team Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Recruiting Trainings, Market Launches, Strategic Planning SessionsAssist leaders in creating professional, executive-level presentationsPrepare agendas, supporting documents, and post-meeting action itemsMonitor team performance against established benchmarks and goalsGenerate accountability scorecards and performance reportsIdentify coaching opportunities and performance gapsSupport leadership in driving consistency, accountability, and executionMaintain visibility into team activity levels and KPI attainmentIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement solutionsDocument and maintain departmental processes and standard operating proceduresAssist with implementation of new technology and systemsSupport onboarding and training for new team membersLead special projects related to recruiting growth, market expansion, and operational excellenceFacilitate onboarding calendarPrepare all new hire documentsDeliver 30-60-90 daySupport driving to productionSkills3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar roleExperience owning and administering CRM platformsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience supporting recruiting, sales, or growth organizationsExperience building reporting infrastructure from the ground upFamiliarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence toolsExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong reporting, analytics, and dashboard-building capabilitiesReal estate industry experience, preferred but not requiredCompany OverviewSERHANT. is the most followed real estate brand in the world.
