[Remote] Sales Operations Coordinator

This role involves maintaining CRM records, ensuring data quality, and providing administrative support to the sales function.ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation, maintenance, and updating of records in CRM and related sales tracking toolsReview Brand Planning, RFP, and deal records for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established process standardsAssist with routine data cleanup, audits, and record maintenance to improve overall data integrityHelp ensure required fields, naming conventions, ownership assignments, and stage/status updates are consistently maintainedSupport operational workflows related to Brand Planning, agency RFPs, opportunity tracking, and deal administrationAssist Client Solutions representatives with RFP creation, record setup, required documentation, and process follow-through to ensure opportunities are entered and managed correctlyHelp monitor the progress of RFP-related workflows and follow up on key steps, updates, and internal coordination needsAssist with processing record updates, status changes, internal requests, and workflow follow-up tied to active opportunitiesMonitor process compliance and escalate data or workflow issues as neededCoordinate recurring administrative tasks that support selling-season readiness and day-to-day sales operationsGather, organize, and validate data for reporting and analysisMaintain process guides, templates, job aids, and other operational reference materialsSupport meeting preparation, action item tracking, and follow-up related to operational priorities and team initiativesProvide administrative and coordination support to the Client Solutions team across ongoing projects and operational initiativesPartner with internal stakeholders to gather information, route requests, and support workflow executionParticipate in team meetings, process discussions, and continuous improvement initiativesIdentify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks and improve consistency across sales support activitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business operations, administration, or coordinator rolesExperience working in CRM systems or databases preferredStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsExperience in healthcare, media, marketing, or agency environments preferredCompany OverviewRelevate® Health is the leading data-driven, AI-enabled omnichannel activation platform for life sciences commercialization, connecting pharmaceutical and life science brands with clinicians at the moments that shape patient care.
