They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support sales productivity, CRM administration, reporting, data integrity, and process optimization across their revenue organization.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Salesforce administration team by providing day-to-day support for the sales organization and helping maintain CRM processes and functionalityManage user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and basic system configurationCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflowsTroubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide timely support to end usersMaintain CRM data quality through audits, cleanup initiatives, and governance processesAssist with sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and KPI trackingHelp document and improve sales processes and operational workflowsPartner with sales leadership to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectivenessBuild and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for sales and revenue leadershipAnalyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insightsMonitor data quality and reporting accuracy across key systemsSupport ad hoc analysis and operational projects as neededWork closely with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams to align data and processesAssist with system integrations, process improvements, and technology initiativesParticipate in operational projects that support company growth and scalabilitySkills2+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, CRM Administration, or related fieldHands-on experience administering Salesforce (certification not required)Strong proficiency with ExcelExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSalesforce Administrator Certification (nice to have, not required)Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboardsExperience using Tableau to analyze dashboards and reportsFamiliarity with sales processes, lead management, and pipeline reportingExperience with revenue technology tools such as Outreach, Attention, RevenueHero, or similar platformsExperience working in a SaaS, marketplace, lead-generation, or digital marketing environmentBenefitsPerformance bonus or commissionEquity in the form of restricted stock unitsHealth care benefitsRetirement benefitsThe amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits)Any other tax-reportable benefitsCompany OverviewQuinStreet is an online performance marketing company providing technologies for businesses to identify their targeted audiences.
