The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting sales data, developing sales forecasts, and managing CRM systems to support sales operations and drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesCollecting and analyzing sales data from various sources, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and customer feedback platformsCreating comprehensive reports on sales performance, including metrics such as revenue growth, win rates, and sales cycle lengthIdentifying trends and patterns in sales data to inform business decisions and drive growthPresenting findings to stakeholders, including sales leaders, product managers, and executives, to drive data-driven decision makingDeveloping accurate sales forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business intelligenceAnalyzing historical sales data to identify patterns and trends that inform forecasting modelsAdjusting forecasts based on new information, such as changes in market conditions or sales strategiesCommunicating forecasts to leadership and other stakeholders to inform business decisionsMaintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and completenessEnsuring data integrity and security, and performing regular audits to identify areas for improvementDesigning and optimizing sales territories to maximize revenue potential and minimize overlapSetting and adjusting sales quotas based on business goals, market conditions, and sales performanceAnalyzing territory and quota performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocationRecommending changes to territory and quota structures to drive business growth and improved sales performanceSkillsExperience in Sales OperationsProficient in data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, PowerBI, and other data visualization toolsExperience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365Familiarity with sales automation tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, or ZoomInfoKnowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or SQLProblem-solving skills to identify problems, analyze data, and develop solutionsAbility to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and present findings clearlyCritical thinking and pattern recognition skillsAbility to translate data into actionable recommendationsSolid understanding of sales processes and metricsFamiliarity with industry trends and best practicesUnderstanding of financial concepts like ROI, profit margins, and revenue growthAbility to develop strategic plans to drive sales growthStrong communication skills to convey complex data insightsCollaboration and teamwork skillsPresentation skills to present data insights clearlyAdaptability and willingness to learnAssociate's degree requiredBachelor's Degree preferredBenefitsHealth insuranceLife insuranceCompany-paid disability401k18+ days of paid time offCompany OverviewA technology company combining data analytics and targeted interventions to achieve meaningful impact across the healthcare landscape.
